We understand that accidents and messes can happen at any time, and that's why we offer a 24 hour policy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the cleaning job, all you have to do is call us immediately and we will send a technician to do the corrective cleaning as soon as possible. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the cleaning job.

You will receive an invoice via email. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash, however you are more than welcome to tip your cleaner in cash.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This will help you avoid a cancelation fee of $75.

Most cleanings take up to 3-4 hours depending on cleanliness and extra task that suited to the clients' needs. Every home has unique spacing and details which can increase the timing of the individual cleaning. We always encourage our clients to allow our cleaners the proper time to complete the cleaning in its entirety.

Yes, Say Clean is fully insured and bonded against any potential damages or liabilities. You can rest assured that your property is in safe hands.

It is not required for you to be home. We do suggest the client to provide a walk through in the home for the intial cleaning and leaving access to lock the door when leaving the home.

We always suggest clients to put away any items they don't want to be exposed to the techs. Secure all valuable items you would not want to be cleaned or moved to the proper area. Place in pets inside of cage or in blocked off area. Remove clothing items from the room.
